RETURN POLICY
As our products are digital and non-tangible, we only offer refunds on purchases that meet certain requirements. In order to be granted a refund, the product files that you received must be corrupted or deemed otherwise unusable. Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds to users that fail to possess the proper software needed to access any of the file types that we sell. Please note that every product we sell contains a detailed description of the file types included in the purchase. If you have questions regarding the necessary software needed to access a certain file type that we offer, then be sure to ask our staff before you place your order.
We also offer full refunds to anyone that accidentally purchases an item. In cases where an accidental purchase occurs, be sure to inform us of the invalid purchase before the product is delivered. There may be other circumstances that warrant a full or partial refund, however, they will need to be reviewed on a case by case basis.
